Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

When faced with life’s challenges, sometimes you just need some extra support. To help see you through, Sonos offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Resources for Living (Username: Sonos, Password: EAP) at no charge to you. The EAP is available to all Sonos employees and their household members, regardless of health insurance coverage.

The EAP is convenient and confidential, with experienced counselors available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by phone at 888.238.6232, or online or by video conference on Resources for Living (Username: Sonos, Password: EAP). They can help you with a range of needs, including:

  • Family, relationship, and parenting issues
  • Child and elder care needs
  • Emotional and stress-related issues
  • Health and wellness issues
  • Legal referrals

The EAP tools include:

  • Twelve counseling sessions per issue each year (face-to-face, phone, or video chat sessions)
  • Weekly webinars on a variety of topics, such as communication, stress management, coping skills, parenting, and healthy living
  • Videos and podcasts that you can access anytime, on demand
  • Digital resources including tools to manage your finances and improve your exercise
  • Support systems including in-the-moment support, community and national resources, and stories from people who have been in your same situation

Talkspace

With Talkspace, you can receive counseling, therapy, and medication services from the convenience of your device (iOS, Android, and web). All care is led by a behavioral health clinician or medical professional. Array AtHome, MDLive, and Telemynd

For both therapy and medication management, Array AtHome and MDLive offer behavioral health outpatient televideo counseling services. With televideo services, you have another way to get help. And whatever you’re facing, you have access to support from psychiatrists, social workers, marriage counselors, and more.

It’s confidential, safe, and secure. You choose when, where, and how you meet.

Members can self-refer, or be referred by Aetna medical or behavioral health case managers.

Tufts Mental Health Resources

Tufts Health Plan supports the wellbeing of employees, especially during difficult times. With benefits that cover a full range of behavioral health services, the Tufts Care Management team of specially trained, independently licensed clinicians is committed to making sure behavioral health needs are addressed.

Benefits include inpatient hospitalization, partial hospital and outpatient programs, individual counseling, and medication management.

Teladoc

Teladoc providers can help with concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, family issues, trauma, or PTSD. Video or phone visits with a psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, or therapist can help you manage everyday challenges.
